I was invited to repaint a historic landmark mural in Portland, OR, designed by Richard Haas and originally painted in 1989 on The Sovereign Hotel. The Sovereign Hotel was in need of a major overhaul, and 70% of the brick pointing needed to be replaced. Unfortunately this meant that the entire mural, 4 walls plus balconies, needed to come down and get re-painted. Below you can see the finished product as well as some process shots.
